Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager, Technical Project Management to lead enterprise application delivery for Fleet Operations. You will partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive end-to-end execution and ensure alignment to security, architecture, and governance standards.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and provide roadmap insights and strategic guidance to support organizational objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management or enterprise delivery.
• Experience managing complex tech programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint execution and release governance.
• Experience with enterprise applications in Fleet/Logistics/Operations domains.
• Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications from planning to release and stabilization.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, PMs, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigations.
• Establish delivery governance and monitor KPIs and system reliability.
