Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager, Technical Project Management to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications supporting critical Fleet Operations. You will partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive end-to-end execution across complex technology initiatives.

You'll bring structure to delivery, manage risks, and ensure teams align with business outcomes, technical standards, and org priorities.

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise application or digital transformation programs.
• Background in Fleet, Transportation, Logistics, or operational tech environments.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing organizations.
• Experience with Agile at scale, portfolio governance, or multi-workstream programs.
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and reliability practices.
• Experience presenting delivery status and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Agile or Project Management certifications (PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications across planning, execution, release, and stabilization.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and execution.
• Coordinate developers, DevOps, QA, PMs, architects, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and mitigation.
• Establish governance and monitor KPIs, reliability, and business value realization.
• Ensure solutions align with security, architecture, and enterprise standards.
• Provide roadmap planning, delivery insights, and strategic guidance.
• Lead status reviews and governance meetings with senior executives.
