Global Technology Services in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering initiatives. You will translate business requirements into actionable work items and ensure projects are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing software or tech projects, with strong Agile, Scrum, and Kanban experience, and proven stakeholder management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects.
• Strong experience creating and managing:
• Project roadmaps
• Product backlogs
• Sprint plans
• Release plans
• Experience translating business needs into detailed user stories and actionable development tasks.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience prioritizing work based on business value, technical dependencies, and team capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
