BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI-native applications using a modern full-stack approach, augmented by AI tools. You will lead the development of autonomous agentic systems that execute complex tasks beyond simple prompts.

You'll design production-grade workflows, integrate advanced LLM capabilities, and collaborate with product teams to translate business goals into intelligent software. The role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI-native applications and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in modern stacks such as TypeScript or Python and production-grade LLM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
