BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for complex workflows. You will develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and integrate APIs to extend autonomous agents' capabilities.

You will work with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to orchestrate agent reasoning, ensure observability, and optimize performance. This remote role offers flexible hours and compensation in USD.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI systems.
• Proven ability to build multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep knowledge of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities.
• Experience with agent orchestration, state management, and Python.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for long-running workflows.
• Develop tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations for autonomous agents.
• Orchestrate agent reasoning and planning with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Monitor performance with observability and manage context rotation.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into agent personas and tasks.
