SOLVO S.A.S is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team. This is a remote role supporting LATAM operations, with a focus on timely collections and customer service.

You will manage AR cycles, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1.5–2+ years in AR, strong English communication (B2-C1), and solid Excel skills.

Formación

• 1.5 to 2+ years of AR experience.
• Experience in customer-facing financial roles.
• Proficient in English (B2-C1) and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle from start to finish.
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances.
• Send account statements, payment reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Monitor aging reports, outstanding balances, and payment statuses.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account-related issues.
• Prepare reports on AR performance and collection trends.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain accurate customer records.
• Ensure professional and customer-focused communication throughout the collection process.
• Build positive customer relationships while supporting timely payment resolution.
