Job summary

Suarez Assistant is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (NetSuite) for a 100% remote position covering Latin America. The role requires managing the receivables cycle for a national contractor base, invoicing, cash application, and active collections using Oracle NetSuite.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with US Eastern business hours alignment. The candidate will work remotely, supporting an ERP rebuild and interacting with customers by phone and email to collect

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of accounts receivable experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience managing collections and customer follow up.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments and cash receipts accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and past due accounts.
• Conduct outbound collection calls and email follow ups with customers.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain customer account information within Oracle NetSuite.
