Job Duck, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, building long-term relationships and aligning solutions to maximize value and retention. This remote role collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drives growth opportunities.

You will lead launches, onboarding, regular check-ins, and proactive support while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• High level of professionalism and strong telephone communication etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead launch sessions with new clients to set expectations and align on goals.
• Manage onboarding follow-up with clients and staff to ensure success.
• Conduct ongoing client check-ins to assess satisfaction and evolving needs.
• Provide proactive support during onboarding and trial phases to ensure engagement.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation including notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive client retention and account health by addressing concerns proactively.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and communication.
• Cultivate client referrals through relationship management.
