Job summary

SCS Global Services is seeking an Account Coordinator for its B Lab initiative, working remotely from home, to enhance client portfolios and deliverables from initiation to final packets. You will interact with clients and internal teams, manage work orders, invoicing, and packet releases, and help ensure consistent program quality.

The role requires a degree in business administration (associate), 3+ years of coordination experience, and fluent English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional communication skills.
• Experience in client interface, data entry, and coordinating projects or programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Support understanding of requirements and develop relationships as knowledge expands.
• Receive, process, and set up New Client Requests.
• Prepare Initial and Renewal Work Orders for B Lab program and assist with invoicing and certification packet release.
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and meet global needs.
• Maintain and organize client files, program procedures, forms, and progress tracking for quality management compliance.
