INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting activities with a focus on accuracy, reconciliation, and financial reporting. You will manage AP/AR, billing, payroll reconciliation, procurement, and project costs within a services and distribution-based environment.

The role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and English language proficiency for reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping, specifically managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation schedules).
• Experience using ConnectWise Manage or a comparable PSA/ticketing system is highly preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile ledgers.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Prepare reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation for audits.
• Support month-end close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and service teams to align financial data.
