Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• High school diploma required; accounting-related education a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Generate client invoices based on contracts and schedules.
• Review invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing information.
• Address client inquiries on invoices promptly and professionally.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and manage payments.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits as needed.
