Job summary

CrazyLabs is seeking a Level Designer to craft engaging levels and experiences for hybrid-casual mobile titles. You will define structure, balance challenges, and collaborate with product and analytics teams to optimize player journeys from concept to live operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mobile F2P level design, strong Unity 3D skills, and a data-driven mindset. This remote-friendly role supports a global team and emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of level design in mobile F2P studios.
• Hands-on 3D level design in Unity 3D.
• Data-driven design using KPIs and analytics.
• Strong English communication and documentation.
• Experience with AI tools for level design.

Responsibilities

• Design new game mechanics and levels from concept through implementation in Unity3D and internal tools.
• Define level structure, sequencing and difficulty progression for engaging player journeys.
• Balance levels, funnels and player journeys; tweak as needed.
• Support live ops events to boost engagement and hit business goals.
• Analyze metrics, trends and community feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements and KPIs.
• Create clear design docs: layouts, briefs, flowcharts, specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and milestones; contribute ideas and leadership.
