DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Strategy Business Partner to lead growth initiatives in Latin America. You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose core problems, design growth strategies, and align processes across departments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, finance knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. You will influence stakeholders, own projects, and drive hands-on results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Formación

• Project management experience and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong analytical thinking and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of finance concepts and business sense.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and owns responsibilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Python; open to learning more.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Banking or related field.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and data analytics.
