DiDi Chuxing is hiring for Driver Growth Operations in Latin America. The role focuses on acquiring drivers, launching incentives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to scale our driver network across Spanish-speaking LatAm.

You will leverage SQL, Excel, and data dashboards to inform decisions, and collaborate with Marketing, Legal, City Operations, and Product. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or related field.
• Resilient: self-motivated, self-directed, ownership mindset.
• User Centric: understand ride-hailing driver needs and motivators.
• Problem Solver with ability to identify bottlenecks and craft solutions.
• Data-driven: passion for data analytics and programming; SQL skills; Python/R a plus; strong spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; international team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers using data-driven decisions.
• Lead the launch and execution of incentives, projects, communications, and product developments for driver acquisition and expansion.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders; align with Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, and more.
• Define and manage dashboards to monitor national driver acquisition performance and results.
• Own driver acquisition incentives across multiple Spanish Speaking LatAm countries.
• Continuously generate knowledge through experimental testing and learning.
