Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a LATAM Pricing Operations Leader to oversee pricing ERP execution, base pricing, and contract management across LATAM markets.

You will drive end-to-end Sales Deal Management, lead an operational team, monitor SLAs, and maintain SOX controls for audit readiness.

Automation and data programming using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Power Query will reduce manual work and enable scalable pricing operations regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Deal Management, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, or related commercial functions.
• Proven expertise in managing complex commercial deals and contracting processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial value drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and lead deal governance across countries and business units.
• Strong experience working across Commercial, Finance, Pricing, Contracting, Customer Service, and other enabling functions.
• Strategic business partnering capabilities with senior commercial leaders and executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed regional organization.
• Strong process excellence and digital mindset with automation and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Pricing ERP and Core Process Ownership across base prices, product portfolio, price-code setting, ERP price creation and maintenance, system contract management.
• Oversee Sales Deal Management lifecycle from intake to ERP upload and contract maintenance; ensure compliance and traceability.
• Drive a multiyear automation roadmap using SQL, Python, Power BI, and workflow automation to reduce manual work.
• Own SOX controls execution and audit readiness; embed controls into workflows and system logic.
• Lead a regional pricing operations team with defined SLAs, escalation paths, and performance reviews; foster continuous improvement.
