Your Role
The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for the end‑to‑end hiring process for all tracks assigned to him or her and to their team, ensuring the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. The wide range of activities include, but are not limited to: placing job ads, making call‑outs, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, client communication, placement, and more. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Recruitment Operations
- End‑to‑End Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to job offer generation and contract creation.
- Candidate Screening: Filter applicants to ensure alignment with role credentials, and regularly endorse top talent to hiring managers.
- Process Facilitation: Conduct manager calibrations, client‑specific testing, and manage the hand‑off process for new hires to HR and Operations.
Team Management
- Performance & Productivity: Hold accountability for team headcount targets; track productivity metrics and resolve recruiter‑related challenges.
- People Development: Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, scorecards, succession planning, and mentor new team members.
- Admin & Logistics: Manage team shift schedules, attendance approvals, and task delegation.
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for assigned hiring verticals, providing strategic recommendations and attending kickoff meetings.
- Relationship Management: Build strong stakeholder relationships and partner with Operations and TA Managers to resolve first‑level escalations.
Compliance, Reporting & Strategy
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure team adherence to recruitment processes, maintain system data integrity, and support internal/external audits.
- Reporting: Deliver regular hiring updates, productivity reports, and market/competitor intelligence.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow roadblocks and collaborate with TA leadership to implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar scope and capacity.
- Exposure in Recruitment Operations, Team Management, and Client/Stakeholder Partnership.
- Vast knowledge in Recruitment Applications and Systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems and Assessment Tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of driving the performance of existing recruitment processes, identifying areas of improvement, creating solutions, and spearheading new strategies.
