MicroSourcing is hiring a Recruitment Sourcing Associate to join our Bogotá office on a day shift, onsite. You will discover, engage, and build candidate pipelines to fuel our talent acquisition efforts across business units.

This entry-level role welcomes call center/BPO agents and junior recruiters who want to specialize in sourcing. You will work with local recruiters, leverage modern tools, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Advanced English (B2/C1) and fluent Spanish are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Call Center / BPO or sales is helpful for transitioning to TA.
• 100% onsite availability at Bogotá office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop candidate pipelines by sourcing from job boards, LinkedIn, and local channels.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Sourcing Associate, you will:

Be the front line of our Talent Acquisition team, discovering, engaging, and building candidate pipelines to fuel our organizational growth. Embedded in our Bogotá office, this onsite role serves as a key talent finder, identifying high-potential candidates and connecting them with career opportunities within our business units.

Work closely with local recruiters and hiring leads while leveraging modern recruitment tools to deliver steady pipelines of qualified candidates. This is an entry-level position designed for call center/BPO agents or entry-level recruiters who want to specialize and grow their career in talent sourcing and candidate research.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Develop a strong understanding of our open positions, hiring profiles, and target candidate profiles.
• Proactively search for and attract passive and active talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, local databases, and community channels.
• Build and maintain active candidate pools for high-volume and recurring job requisitions.
• Utilize creative sourcing tactics to identify talent in competitive or niche labor markets.

Screening & Candidate Engagement

• Conduct initial phone screenings and written outreach to evaluate candidates' basic skills, availability, language proficiency, and interest.
• Act as a positive ambassador for our employer brand, delivering a warm and professional candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.
• Present pre-screened, qualified candidate profiles to local recruiters and hiring leads for next-step evaluations.

Talent Acquisition Operations & Collaboration

• Manage candidate records and keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date with accurate notes, statuses, and contact details.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and account leads when required.
• Collaborate onsite with the local HR and recruitment team on hiring drives, job fairs, and employer branding events.
• Track daily sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, pass-through rates) to support continuous process improvement.

What You Need

• Experience:
  • Experienced Call Center / BPO / Customer Service / Sales Agents who want to transition into Talent Acquisition, OR
  • Entry-level Recruiters looking to focus on and strengthen their candidate sourcing skills.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English level (B2 or C1, written and spoken) and fluent Spanish.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable using office software, web search tools, and learning new platforms like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Work Setup: 100% onsite availability to work at our Bogotá, Colombia office.
