MicroSourcing in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with operations, HR, and training to align workforce strategies with business goals.

You will build dashboards, forecast staffing, and drive data-driven decisions using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, in an onsite office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast volumes, AHT, and staffing requirements to guide schedules.
• Manage capacity planning for short- and long-term needs.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports (daily to monthly).
• Automate reporting processes using BI tools to drive decisions.
• Analyze KPIs like Service Level, Occupancy, Attrition, and Productivity.
• Present insights to stakeholders and partner with HR and Training.

Your Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work directly with our operational leadership team to ensure business goals and workforce strategies are perfectly aligned. You will be an integral part of the planning team, identifying trends and risks that impact efficiency. You will partner with Operations, HR, and Training teams to fuel performance outcomes and optimize staffing models. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Forecasting & Scheduling: Developing accurate forecasts (volume, AHT, staffing requirements) and managing optimal schedules aligned with business needs.
• Capacity Planning: Managing planned and unplanned shrinkage and conducting capacity planning for short- and long-term staffing needs.
• BI & Dashboarding: Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to translate data into actionable insights.
• Process Automation: Automating reporting processes using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support data-driven decision making.
• KPI Analysis: Performing deep-dive analysis on key metrics including Service Level, Occupancy, Attrition, and Productivity.
• Stakeholder Management: Presenting insights and reports to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key partner for planning and performance.

What You Need

• English level: B2-C1
• Analytical Background: Proven experience in analyzing schedule adherence, driving compliance initiatives, and identifying operational risks.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and the ability to design and maintain complex reporting structures.
• Strategic Optimization: Strong ability to recommend strategies to optimize staffing models, shift patterns, and cost efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Excellence in presenting data insights and recommendations in client presentations and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborative Attributes: A drive for results and the ability to partner effectively with HR and Training teams to improve performance.
• Operational Intelligence: Deep understanding of workforce KPIs and the ability to translate operational data into strategic business moves.
