Job summary

UNDP Careers is seeking an Operations Associate within the Volunteer Services Centre to deliver end-to-end recruitment lifecycle services for UN Volunteers across regions. You will ensure data integrity, contract administration, and benefit management while aligning with COS policies and diverse host entities.

The role emphasizes stakeholder advising, timely onboarding, and cross-functional coordination with regional offices, field units, and HQ teams to maintain service quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience with secondary education, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years’ experience.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and contractor management.
• Familiarity with UN personnel policies and recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment services for UN Volunteers and related postings.
• Verify DOAs and advise on DOA design for host entities and field units.
• Advertise assignments and identify suitable candidates in line with policies and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data in volunteer management systems and support queries from stakeholders.
