Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Executive in Barranquilla, on-site, to join our team. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, building talent pipelines and supporting candidates through onboarding.

Requirements include 2 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication, intermediate to advanced English, and a bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (preferred). We offer career growth and exposure to international markets.

Position: Recruitment Executive

Monday to Friday, weekends off

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
