Johnson & Johnson Bogotá is seeking a Requisition-to-Pay Associate to manage the end-to-end P2P process, serving as the single point of contact for requests and stakeholders. The role requires 1–3 years in procurement, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and an attention to detail to ensure compliant operations.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regional/local process improvements, and data-driven insights to optimize procurement performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of related experience in procurement.
• Experience with Procurement or Payments/Accounting/Taxes/Finance processes.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• English at an intermediate level.
• Shared Services experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end requisition-to-pay process and serve as SPOC.
• Analyze inquiries and disputes in procurement.
• Monitor compliance and perform data analysis to support KPIs.
• Lead regional/local improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Support automation and reporting efforts.
