Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Requisition-to-Pay Associate (Specialist) to serve as the SPOC for requesters and business partners, ensuring a smooth, compliant end-to-end P2P experience. You will analyze inquiries, resolve disputes, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and data insights, across regional scopes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required or in final stages of completion.
• 1–3 years of related experience in procurement or a similar field.
• Experience interacting with customers (customer service experience).
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for requesters, business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth P2P experience.
• Coordinate processes and interactions with sourcing, accounts payable, tax, and HelpDesk teams.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
• Monitor compliance and conduct business reviews; analyze data to provide insights and drive KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate across regional and local teams to optimize procurement operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Position Description:

As a Requisition-to-Pay Associate (Specialist)

Purpose

Responsible for being the “single point of contact” (SPOC) for interactions between the requesters and business partners and the sourcing specialists, category leaders, accounts payable specialists and HelpDesk, ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience. Besides, this position will be conducting A/P operations compliance support functions and executing various Regional/Local tax compliance and operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

As an Requisition-to-pay Associate (Specialist) you will be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the P2P process by coordinating the processes/interactions with the different stakeholders and support areas. As well as receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.

Monitor compliance, conduct business review meetings, and perform data analysis to be able to provide insights and create action plan in order to contribute to main KPIs and improve service.

Part of the role is to have continues improvement by mapping and leading initiatives and projects, locally, regionally, or globally to ensure customer experience is the central reason of this. As well to support initiative related to automations, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies. Etc.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, or being in the final stages of completing one or awaiting diploma issuance, is required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in procurement
• Shown skill with Procurement or Payments/Accounting/Taxes/Finance /Administrative processes.
• Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
• Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming, and collaboration skills.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• For this role, an intermediate level of English is preferred.
• Shared Services experience is a plus.
