Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, including DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst in Bogote1, Colombia. The role supports Regional Service Delivery by executing defined Source-to-Pay services for business users and suppliers, handling requests, documentation, and inquiries.

The Analyst will work with requestors, suppliers, category teams, Finance, Accounts Payable, master data, Technology, and other functions, requiring strong customer service, data accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field is preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned Procurement Operations requests within service levels and regional rules.
• Support requisition and purchase-order creation, supplier onboarding, catalog support, contract handoffs, and invoice troubleshooting.
• Validate completeness, approvals, supplier data, and policy alignment before routing work.
• Respond to users and suppliers via approved channels with clear guidance and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, master data, Legal, Technology, and other teams as needed.
• Monitor queues, aging, data quality, and service commitments; escalate complex matters with concise context.
• Prepare routine operational reports and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Follow procurement policy and regulatory expectations; participate in process improvements and training.
• Build knowledge of procurement processes, supported geographies, buying channels, and supplier needs.
