Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to deliver value, drive automation, and sustain supplier relationships in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years in Procurement/Finance with at least 7 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional managers and professionals, providing guidance and development.
• Oversee Source-to-Contract and Requisition-to-Pay operations and governance.
• Own regional performance, capacity, risk, and supplier experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in cost to serve and process efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leadership to align on priorities.
• Support automation and AI initiatives across procurement functions.
• Lead incident response, business continuity, and control remediation.
