Strong leadership and mentoring skills are required. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, adherence to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, and proficiency with quality management tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Quality Manager or similar role.
• 3+ years leading teams and quality initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of QMS, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 or equivalent.
• Auditing experience and driving improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor employees on quality principles.
• Proficient with quality management software.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement an effective quality management system aligned with industry standards.
• Establish and communicate quality policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA metrics and KPIs.
• Regularly review the QMS effectiveness to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and customer requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate audit processes and findings resolution.
• Document audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead QII meetings and improvement initiatives for a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage problem-solving.
• Set quality objectives and targets to drive performance.
• Develop and implement quality improvement programs like Six Sigma/Lean.
• Assess impact of new product features on quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to all levels of staff.
• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Promote a positive team environment and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
