Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Management, Conformity, or Supply Chain QC.
• Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO/Quality Systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem solving.
• Attributes: Rigorous, detail-oriented, high integrity, confidentiality.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English (Required); French is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Shipment Compliance & Quality Assurance: implement and maintain QA policies; manage product and packaging compliance per requirements; ensure internal regulations and ISO certifications; propose AI into workflows.
• Inspection Coordination & Stakeholder Management: manage and monitor QC network; coordinate inspections with suppliers.
• Issue Resolution & Dispute Management: handle non-conformities; follow up on litigations.
