Job summary

Ozeol International in Bogotá is seeking an office-based Quality Controller for the Supply Chain Department. You will serve as the key link between Purchasing, suppliers, and third‑party inspection firms, concentrating on pre‑shipment product compliance to support smooth global operations.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, 2–5 years in Quality Management/Supply Chain QC, strong ISO/QA knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Quality Management, Conformity, or Supply Chain QC (Trading/Buying office background is a strong plus).
• Strong knowledge of ISO/Quality Systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem solving.
• Fluent in English (required); some French is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Shipment Compliance & Quality Assurance: implement and maintain QA policies; ensure product and packaging compliance with company requirements; ensure compliance with internal regulations and international certifications; propose and integrate digital/AI into QA workflows.
• Inspection Coordination & Stakeholder Management: manage and monitor the quality control network; coordinate the inspection company with the supplier.
• Issue Resolution & Dispute Management (Litigations): handle non-conformities and corrective actions; follow up on litigations.
