Axon is seeking a high-energy pre-sales sales engineer to drive technology adoption in Latin America, with coverage in Bogotá, Colombia. You will lead technical and business presentations, engage with IT leaders and partners, and own POC pilots to accelerate deals.

You will travel up to 70% across South and Central America, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to craft proposals and technical documentation for customers in the public safety sector.

Formación

• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field) and/or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years customer-facing pre-sales or consulting background.
• 3+ years of experience with public procurement in Latin America.
• Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
• Strong English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Master Axon technologies and products.
• Lead business and technical presentations with CIOs and partners.
• Coordinate and manage 1st-level pre-sales support throughout opportunities.
• Develop relationships with channel partners for growth.
• Represent products and brand at field events and conferences.
• Own POC/Pilot processes and support configuration for prospects.
• Draft Statements of Work for Professional Services as needed.
