Descripción de la vacante

Emapta Global is seeking a Property Management Admin / Bookkeeper in Colombia to manage DoorLoop records for US residential real estate. You will handle rents, reconciliations, tenant ledgers, vendor bills, and month-end close while coordinating move-ins, renewals, and maintenance scheduling.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across accounting and admin tasks, with exposure to clients and a supportive team.

Formación

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or property management administration, preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management and accounting software; experience with DoorLoop is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

Responsabilidades

  • Own the accuracy and completeness of DoorLoop records, including tenant information, leases, unit statuses, recurring charges, work orders, documents, and reports.
  • Manage bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, tenant ledgers, vendor bills, bank and credit card reconciliations, deposits, and month-end close support.
  • Prepare and maintain delinquency reports, rent rolls, A/R reports, A/P reports, and other recurring management reports.
  • Research and correct accounting discrepancies.
  • Receive and document all tenant maintenance requests, confirm required details, dispatch internal maintenance teams, and coordinate appointment schedules and tenant communications.
  • Coordinate outside-vendor schedules after vendor selection and approval by the Property Manager.
  • Track vendor invoices, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized tenant, vendor, lease, accounting, and maintenance records, including W-9s, COIs, receipts, photos, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide first-line administrative support to tenants for routine ledger, payment, portal, scheduling, and general account inquiries.
  • Escalate substantive tenant issues as needed.
  • Support move-ins, renewals, move-outs, security deposit accounting, recurring charge setup, and related back-office workflows.

The Qualifications We Seek

Your Daily Tasks
