Responsabilidades

• Accurately process and code bills/invoices using Bill.com.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Reconcile advertising spend accounts as needed.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure balances tie to statements.
• Update and reconcile prepaid expense and fixed asset schedules monthly.
• Reconcile merchant accounts/payment processors for revenue recognition.
• Reconcile advertising spend accounts and other recurring expense accounts as needed.

Conocimientos

3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Proficient in QuickBooks Online

Experience with accounts payable and expense coding

Strong attention to detail

Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Experience with accounts payable and expense coding
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach
• Willingness to work EST Time Zone hours

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with 1099 preparation
• Experience with merchant account reconciliations

Your Daily Tasks

• Accurately process and code bills/invoices using Bill.com
• Reconcile and update invoice payment statuses for transactions completed outside of Bill.com to ensure accuracy in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Perform regular (daily/weekly) credit card and bank transaction coding using QBO banking feed
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure balances tie to statements
• Update and reconcile prepaid expense and fixed asset schedules monthly
• Reconcile merchant accounts/payment processors (e.g., Shopify, PayPal) for accurate revenue recognition
• Reconcile advertising spend accounts and other recurring expense accounts as needed
