Job summary

You will manage kickoff to close, coordinate resources, monitor health, and escalate risks proactively, while leveraging AI tools to automate routine PM tasks and improve outcomes. Three-plus years in similar roles is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience in project management or services delivery roles.
• 3+ years managing software implementation, professional services, or technology projects.
• Ability to build and maintain project tracking systems used by teams.
• Experience with resource planning, team allocation, and calendar-based capacity management.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain clear project status and identify risks early.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and building credibility across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and automation platforms to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager with 3+ years of experience managing software implementation or professional services projects to join their growing team. You will play a key role in bringing structure and predictability to services delivery by managing project tracking, resource allocation, onboarding, and delivery execution. Your work will directly impact project timelines, team capacity, client satisfaction, and leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of professional services engagements, including kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out.
• Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking, including contract start/end dates, assigned resources, project risks, and delivery status.
• Own resource allocation by matching available team members to incoming projects based on capacity, schedules, and calendar availability.
• Build and maintain standardized onboarding templates to support consistent and repeatable client implementations.
• Monitor project health, send status reminders, and proactively escalation risks or at-risk projects before they impact delivery commitments.
• Partner with technical and non-technical services teams to remove blockers, maintain accountability, and keep project commitments visible.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive project management tasks using AI tools, automation platforms, and internal systems, while providing leadership with clear weekly project health reports.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience in relevant project management or services delivery roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing software implementation, professional services, or technology projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project tracking systems that teams consistently use.
• Experience with resource planning, team allocation, and calendar-based capacity management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear, accurate project status and identify risks early.
• Experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to establish credibility across teams.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, automation platforms, or similar technologies, with a demonstrated ability to use them to improve productivity and reduce manual work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce or project tracking systems integrated with Salesforce contracts.
• Experience developing standardized processes and templates for recurring client implementations.
• Experience in a SaaS, data integration, cloud technology, or professional services environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours.
