BPO2B in Popayán, Colombia, is seeking an attentive survey programmer to manage and program opinion surveys using our platform. You will ensure accuracy by testing scenarios in Excel and adapting to changing survey requirements.

You will segment populations into demographic groups, maintain data integrity, and produce error‑free reports while advising on survey programming and quotas. This role requires initiative, problem solving, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills as

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Program opinion surveys using our platform.
• Use data testing in Excel to ensure that all programming scenarios are set up correctly.

• Use data testing in excel to ensure that all programming scenarios are set up correctly.
• Be responsive as needs of the survey change throughout the day.
• Withhold and promote company's Quality of Standards.
• Setting up and managing daily quotas.
• Providing advice on survey programming and quotas.
• Being responsive and anticipating needs/requests.
