• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Program opinion surveys using our platform.
• Use data testing in Excel to ensure that all programming scenarios are set up correctly.
• Be responsive as needs of the survey change throughout the day.
• Withhold and promote company's Quality of Standards.
• Setting up and managing daily quotas.
• Providing advice on survey programming and quotas.
• Being responsive and anticipating needs/requests.
• Segmenting general population into demographic groups.
• Understanding of data and statistical analysis.
• Ensuring data integrity, questioning the data and producing error free reports.
