Within in Bogotá is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep creative work moving, manage asset flow, and ensure precise, timely payroll and onboarding processes. You will coordinate wrap‑books, vendor setup, and receipts while maintaining schedules and budgets for multiple projects.

Entry‑level role focused on organization, reliability, and proactive communication. On‑site work five days a week in a fully in‑office Bogotá office with benefits and growth opportunities.

• 0–2 years in production, events, or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the payroll cycle in Wrapbook: setup, onboarding, timecard collection, review, submission.
• Verify timecards against deal memos and approved rates.
• Handle final payments, kit fees, reimbursements, and wrap close‑out.
• Send, track, and complete start work packets for every crew member.
• Manage loan‑out documentation, COIs, and vendor setup.
• Issue and track deal memos and rate confirmations so terms are documented.
• Keep onboarding tracker current so we know who is ready to work.
• Process and code card transactions, petty cash, and reimbursements.
• Chase down missing receipts and reconcile weekly.
• Route vendor invoices for approval and hand off to accounting.
• Maintain cost trackers and give producers a current view of budget vs. actuals.
• Run the follow‑up system: owner, next step, and date for every open item.
• Manage calendars, holds, travel, accommodations, and per diem tracking.
• Distribute production documents and confirm recipients.
• Keep project folders and templates organized and current.
• Assemble wrap books and support post‑production scheduling and delivery.
