Job summary

WITHIN in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep creative workflows moving. You’ll manage asset flows between copywriters, designers, and motion designers, ensuring correct versions and timely delivery.

This is an entry-level role requiring exceptional organization and reliability, capable of closing loops without being asked twice. You will own payroll cycles, onboarding, and receipts while coordinating calendars, travel, and post-production scheduling.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; production, events, or operations background is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional organization with a reliable system to prevent losses and delays.
• Strong follow-through and the ability to close loops without prompting.
• Attention to detail in numbers, dates, and names to ensure correct payments.
• Clear, direct communication with crew, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfort with tools and spreadsheets; interest in reusable processes and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll cycle in Wrapbook: project setup, onboarding, timecard collection, review, and submission.
• Verify timecards against deal memos and approved rates; resolve discrepancies before payroll.
• Handle final payments, kit fees, reimbursements, and wrap close-out.
• Coordinate onboarding: tax forms, direct deposit, and policy sign-offs.
• Maintain cost trackers and provide producers with budget vs. actuals views.
• Run follow-up system with owners, next steps, and dates; manage calendars and travel.
