Medtronic in Bogotá seeks a role to support value measurement and agile execution across the domain. You will collaborate with Business Product Owners, technology teams, and leadership to ensure pilots are tracked and insights are shared.

The role emphasizes dashboards, KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, and turning analytics into actionable decisions. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are required; English is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in related area.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of how technology products create business value.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile roles, events, and cadences in a scaled environment.
• Experience creating executive communications and dashboards is a plus.
• Experience in change management and lean sigma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support value measurement and tracking across product teams via dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure data is current, consistent, and ready for quarterly reviews and leadership discussions.
• Provide operational support for pilots and early-stage products; track status, risks, and readiness indicators.
• Coordinate feedback capture, adoption inputs, and pilot learnings to inform value discussions.
• Coordinate domain-level agile events to ensure visibility and smooth execution.
• Reduce operational burden by providing shared domain-wide support to Product Owners.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve transparency, follow-through, and execution.
