Job summary
Iron Mountain in Mexico seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team.
You will own backlog, lead technical integration, and drive comprehensive end-to-end testing while acting as the SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture. A strong background in SQL, API integration, and Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
