Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

This role requires strong technical and collaborative skills, with a focus on API integration, testing, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
