Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and user stories, and drive technical integration across ERP and TMS interfaces.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture, while ensuring robust end-to-end testing and collaboration with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
