Apex IT is expanding its LatAm presence and seeks a Product Owner for Oracle ERP & EPM in Colombia. You will work with global teams delivering Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions, prioritizing enhancements and driving automation and analytics initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and stakeholders to maintain the product roadmap, align with business goals, and enable scalable, auditable processes across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP/Oracle projects.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.

Job Summary

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting‑edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. The Product Owner – Oracle ERP & EPM is responsible for managing and continuously improving Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions to support business needs and strategic objectives. This role partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve functional issues, and maintain the product roadmap. The position focuses on optimizing Oracle Financials and related enterprise processes while identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Essential Functions

• Lead functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM capabilities, ensuring solutions effectively meet evolving business needs.
• Provide functional leadership for Oracle Financials and related enterprise processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional integrations.
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and business leaders to understand business needs, resolve functional issues, stabilize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate system enhancements based on business priorities, operational impact, and overall value to the organization.
• Support the transition of stabilized processes and solutions to business ownership, ensuring appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Oracle ERP and EPM product roadmap, including future releases, process improvements, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Evaluate new Oracle capabilities and identify opportunities to improve finance and operations processes through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure Oracle ERP and EPM solutions are aligned with the overall business architecture, enterprise strategy, and cross-functional process design.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
• At least 3 years of related experience required.
