Katapult Labs is seeking a Product Manager to be a founding‑team hire for a consumer app with large growth ambitions. You will own the product vision, define the roadmap, and steer delivery with a design lead and full‑stack engineer in a fast 0‑to‑1 environment.

You should have shipped consumer products with strong engagement, a sharp product taste, and the ability to translate non-technical founders’ ideas into clear, buildable features, all while driving virality and delightful UX.

Formación

• Advanced English required for collaboration.
• Proven PM on consumer-facing apps with strong engagement.
• Strong product sense and design sensibility.
• Technical curiosity with AI interest and capability.
• Experience using product analytics tools to track engagement.
• Strong delivery leadership and communication in a non-technical founding team.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast 0-to-1 environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a consumer-facing application.
• Act as delivery lead, coordinating with design and full-stack builders.
• Define and prioritize features to drive engagement, retention, and virality.
• Translate non-technical founders’ ideas into clear, buildable product direction.
• Use product analytics to understand user behavior and guide iteration.
