Katapult Labs is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Builder to work remotely across Latin America with US-based clients. You will own product vision, design end-to-end architecture, data models, and integrations, while coordinating with lean teams and direct clients.

Strong communication is essential to articulate decisions and align across functions. You will leverage AI tools daily to accelerate delivery, co-create with clients, and shape product decisions from day one.

Formación

• Fluent English to hold product and architecture conversations with US-based clients.
• Solid full stack experience across backend and frontend; mobile or micro-frontend experience is a plus.
• Track record turning fuzzy product conversations into working architecture quickly, with scalability and integrations in mind.
• Real seniority: capable of running engagements solo when needed, with proven wins and lessons learned.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in startup or product-consulting contexts.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow, planning and reviewing agent output critically.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build product end-to-end alongside the client: architecture, data model, integrations, and the final interface.
• Work in lean teams (2-3 people) with direct client exposure and no intermediary managers.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into executable technical plans and justify decisions.
• Provide proactive updates and push back on scope when necessary to avoid trust issues.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate work; Katapult covers top-tier tooling costs.
