Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Analytics & Insights to transform enterprise data into strategic insights that drive executive decisions. You’ll partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and validate savings.

You will design modern BI dashboards and pipelines, leveraging SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, Python or R, across SAP/Oracle ecosystems. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI.
• Advanced written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P sources into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track core KPIs and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities to support EBITDA improvements.
• Validate savings with Finance and FP&A against budgets.
