Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance, and build modern visual analytics to drive executive decision-making.

You'll harmonize spend data across SAP, Oracle, Coupa and Ariba, automate dashboards, and uncover savings opportunities while aligning with budgets for business units.

Qualifications

7–10 years in procurement analytics or related fields.
Strong SQL and BI tool experience.
Experience with ERP/P2P data structures.
Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred).

Responsibilities

Harmonize and structure spend data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and predictive modeling.
Identify savings and category opportunities through spend analyses.
Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A.
