Gallagher is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist in Bogotá to lead transformation initiatives and optimize operational performance across global teams. You will drive standardized processes, leverage data to improve efficiency, and guide cross-functional projects with automation and RPA at the core.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 5+ years of experience in process improvement, and fluency in English or Portuguese for collaboration with international colleagues.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with automation teams and RPA tools.
• Proficiency in English or Portuguese (B2) for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Transform operations by deploying Gallagher’s process excellence framework to standardize workflows.
• Design and execute transformation roadmaps to improve productivity, cycle times, and costs across teams.
• Implement monitoring tools to track efficiency, quality, SLAs, and capacity with data-driven insights.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and inspire teams to innovate and adapt to change.
• Collaborate globally with Gallagher’s Center of Excellence to share best practices and align with corporate standards.
