You will stay hands-on while guiding engineers and architecture decisions and work directly with users to turn goals into working software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven record designing event-driven microservices architectures running in production.
• Solid knowledge of AWS-hosted platforms and services.
• History of shipping software to production and owning its operation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work directly with end users and translate requirements into software.
• Advanced level of English is required.
