Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead a Node.js/TypeScript-based capability on AWS, taking ideas to production and collaborating with users and teams globally.

You will design and evolve event-driven microservices on AWS, own production operations, and apply AI-assisted development across delivery. This is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing event-driven microservices architectures in production.
• Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms.
• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.

• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
• Skill working directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
