Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will own backlog, map integrations, and drive end-to-end testing, serving as SME on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, 6-8 years with Manhattan platforms, and strong SQL, REST/SOAP API experience, within an Agile environment. Flexible work options supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience.
• 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS module configuration knowledge.
• Experience in system integration standards and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: derive epics, stories, specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
