Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

You will own backlog, map APIs, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and architecture.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience, 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent experience; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
