Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements, translating operational needs into epics and stories for development teams across Manhattan WMS integrations and ERP/TMS interfaces.

You bring 10+ years of IT enterprise experience, deep knowledge of Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, and strong SQL, API integration, and Agile delivery skills to drive end-to-end testing and system

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in IT enterprise applications.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong SQL, API integration, and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
